Planting advice
For optimal drainage, we recommend placing a layer of pebbles of approximately 10 cm in the planter, covered with a moisture-permeable anti-root cloth. Make sure that the cloth rises at least 10 cm at the edges for best effect. Cover the anti-root cloth with an airy soil mixture that is suitable for the planting. How can you fill a large planter?
If you have purchased new planters, you will of course also want to know exactly how to best plant new plants and flowers. It is essential to provide drainage holes in the bottom, this allows excess water to leave the flower boxes so that the plants do not have wet feet all the time.
Afterwards it is important to use hydro granules in approximately 1/4th of the planter. You can place potting soil over this, about 5 centimeters from the edge. Provide the right potting soil that suits the garden plants. You can remove the plant from the plastic pot and place it in the new planter, then press the potting soil well so that the plant stands firmly. Now you can water the plant and it will start growing!
What you put in the planters naturally depends on your wishes! You can choose small trees, various grasses or flowers with beautiful colors. It just depends on what you like and what suits the rest of the garden and the interior.
