Right of return

You have the option to return your order within 90 days of receipt. In the event of a return, you will receive the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, back. Please ensure that the product is complete with all associated accessories and that it is returned in its original condition and packaging. You can easily start the returns process via our returns page.

You will then receive the following Return Options:

Bring it to the return address yourself. (Free)
Delivery to a collection point (€20, including insured shipment).
Pick up by our courier (costs vary based on location and weight).

Options after Return:

After receiving your return you can choose:

Full refund (within 7 working days of receiving product)
Store credit + 10% extra discount (for next purchase)
Exchange

Exceptions and Conditions

eSafe mailboxes are credited for 80%, Adezz products for 75%. Customized products are excluded from returns. Please ensure your return is unused and in the same condition as when received.

Problems and Warranty

If you have any problems with a product, please report this within 2 days of receipt via our customer service. Depending on the situation, we offer a suitable solution, such as exchange or compensation.
