We will send the return address to you by email within 2 working days. You can then choose to bring the package in yourself for free, send it via a collection point for a fee, or have it picked up by our courier.

Once we have received your order in good condition, we will process your choice: we will refund the amount to your account within 7 working days, give you store credit with a 10% discount code or exchange the product for the desired item.
