Looking for an effective and sustainable way to prevent weed growth? This sturdy root cloth of 100 grams per m² offers an excellent solution for gardens, vegetable gardens, greenhouses, driveways or under gravel and patio tiles. Thanks to the woven polypropylene structure, the cloth is particularly strong, water-permeable and easy to use.
The root cloth prevents light from penetrating to the soil, so that weeds do not have a chance to grow. This way you protect your plants, paving or decorative gravel against unwanted vegetation for a long time - completely naturally and without the use of herbicides.
Although it stops weeds, the cloth does allow water and air to pass through. This means: healthy soil, good drainage and an optimal environment for plant roots – without ponding or root rot.
With a weight of 100 g/m², this root cloth is particularly robust. It is resistant to cracks and compressive loads, making it perfect for use under gravel, stacked stones, patio tiles or raised plant beds.
The canvas is 10.5 meters long and 1.05 meters wide, good for a total surface area of over 11 m². Ideal for medium to large projects in the garden or around the house. The cloth can easily be cut to size with scissors or a knife.
The black color ensures that the cloth remains inconspicuous under gravel, mulch or tiles. It enhances the sunlight blocking effect and contributes to a neat finish of your garden project.
