Delivery: Our stairs are delivered fully welded and assembled. It is important to unpack the stairs immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture accumulation and stains that are difficult to remove.
Maintenance: To clean the stairs, we recommend using our ADEZZ BIO cleaner/protector cleaning agent . Do not use a high-pressure cleaner or scouring pad as this may damage the coating.
Note: The warranty becomes void if drilling or grinding is done without prescribed methods. Make sure you follow these directions to ensure the durability of your stairs.
