Good to know:
- Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent irregular stains.
- The water table must be placed on a firm, level surface.
- The warranty is void if drilling or grinding is done in a non-prescribed manner.
- The pH value of the water should be neutral (pH 7) to protect the material.
- Check regularly that the pump is not clogged with green waste. The pump and fountains are easy to clean.
- Clean annually with clean tap water and a special cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner or scouring pad to protect the coating.
- Limescale can easily be removed with ADEZZ Descaler BIO.
Use in frost conditions:
- Lower the water level below the overflow pipe, approximately 10 cm below the edge, so that the pump remains submerged.
- Always remove the plug from the socket in frost conditions.
- A frost protector is recommended, available at garden centers or hardware stores.
