The pH value of the water should be neutral (pH 7) to protect the material.
Check regularly that the pump is not clogged with green waste. The pump and fountains are easy to clean.
Clean annually with clean tap water and a special cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner or scouring pad to protect the coating.
Limescale can easily be removed with ADEZZ Descaler BIO.
Use in frost conditions:
Lower the water level below the overflow pipe, approximately 10 cm below the edge, so that the pump remains submerged.
Always remove the plug from the socket in frost conditions.
A frost protector is recommended, available at garden centers or hardware stores.
